COSMETIC APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY (updated 9/1/24)
- AESTHETIC APPOINTMENTS WITH AESTHETICIAN
I understand that if I do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule my aesthetic appointment, I will be responsible for a fee of $150 or the full cost of the aesthetician services scheduled, whichever is less.
COSMETIC CONSULTATIONS
I understand that if I do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule my consultation appointment, I will be responsible for the full consultation fee of $150.
ALL OTHER COSMETIC APPOINTMENTS
I understand that if you do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule my consultation appointment, I will be responsible for a fee of $150.
Cancellations made via phone call, voicemail, or text at 707-545-4537 or via email at info@redwoodfamilyderm.com prior to 48 hours before an appointment, will be processed without penalty.
