COSMETIC APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
COOLSCULPT
You understand that if you do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule my appointment, you will be responsible for a fee of $250.
AESTHETIC APPOINTMENTS WITH AESTHETICIAN
You understand that if I do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your aesthetic appointment, you will be responsible for a fee of 50% of the cost of the services scheduled (not to exceed $150).
COSMETIC CONSULTATIONS
You understand that if you do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, you will be responsible for a fee of $100.
ALL OTHER COSMETIC APPOINTMENTS
You understand that if you do not give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your cosmetic appointment, you will be responsible for a fee of $150.
Cancellations made via phone call, voicemail, or text at 707-545-4537 or via email at info@redwoodfamilyderm.com prior to 48 hours before an appointment, will be processed without penalty.
