Quality and Personal Healthcare

There are two main methods of non-surgical, targeted fat reduction. When considering CoolSculpting vs. heat/warm sculpting, patients are curious as to which one is best. Both treatments are non-surgical and destroy subcutaneous fat cells in similar ways. Simply put, warm/heat sculpting employs heat and CoolSculpting uses freezing temperatures. They are also FDA-cleared and generally recognized to be much safer than liposuction, a surgical procedure.
